Job Description:
Responsibilities May Include:
- Cash & Banking
- Revolver Bank and investment counterparty KYC focal point
- Bank account administration (e.g. signatories, letters of instruction)
- Treasury Services Management Agreements
- Direct debit setup
- Maintenance of Global Banking Policy attachments
- Bank fee analysis
- Prepare borrowing notices for P66 and some operated Joint Ventures
- Send & track internal questionnaires for quarterly/annual compliance support
- Send periodic compliance docs to various external parties and ensure receipt
- Pull monthly manual wire report from bank websites
- Preparation of FBAR reports for account signors annually
- Miscellaneous invoice processing
- Trust & Pension Investment
- US Pension portfolio cash monitoring
- Receipt and filing of various trust investment statements
- Reconciling statements
- Audit support
- Other general activities in support of the Treasury team
Required Qualifications:
- Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- 2 or more years of general business experience
- Detail oriented and highly organized
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associates degree in Finance or Accounting
- 3 or more years of experience providing finance support in the Energy industry
- Ability to prioritize work with a high attention to detail
- Experience with SAP S4, VIM, DocuSign, MS Office products
