Job Description:
What you’ll do:
- Ensure compensation and benefits programs enable Pluralsight to attract, reward, and retain top talent
- Ensure compensation and benefits programs are in alignment and supportive of Pluralsight’s mission, vision and Total Rewards philosophy
- Analyze, design, implement, and report on compensation, incentive, and benefit programs and policies
- Perform job analysis, evaluation, market research, and analysis of salary rates with respect to compensation levels for the organization, and provide recommendations for job pricing and compensation offers
- Stay apprised of industry trends and identify opportunities for enhancement to existing policies, practices and plans
- Assist in the operation of base salary and annual short and long-term incentive compensation programs and processes, internal and external benchmarking analyses, pay positioning, and communication
- Utilize strong data analysis skills, a solid understanding of the regulatory environment and business acumen to anticipate and develop scalable solutions to people and business issues impacted by Total Rewards
Experience you’ll bring:
- Fluency with Excel
- Experience solving analytical business problems using data
- Experience driving cross-functional projects and engaging stakeholders
- Experience with enterprise HRIS systems such as Workday
- Experience with Radford compensation survey platform
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree equivalent
- 1-2 years experience in compensation, finance, accounting, or a similar quantitative role
