Job Description:
What you will do:
- Develop maintenance strategy and M&R hourly rates for JSS opportunities identified by the commercial team
- Support customer-specific asset management strategies for rebuild, repair, or replacement decisions
- Support component life strategies based on site application severity
- Collaborate with JSS commercial and legal teams to ensure contracts are accurately drafted and legally approved
- Collaborate with Cat Dealers and JSS Fleet Managers to audit the financial status of M&R contract commitments
- Maintain and develop Standard Work for regional pricing, contract drafting, and invoicing processes
- Support the growth of the JSS business model into new countries by collaborating with local accounting and legal teams
What you will have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or related technical field
- 5+ years of job-related experience
Top Candidates will also have:
- Excellent interpersonal skills are required to work with Caterpillar and Dealer leadership and others inside and outside the department
- Previous experience in Cat Dealer-facing roles
- Understanding of Caterpillar service systems and tools
- Previous experience related to dealer service operation
- Previous experience with M&R rate development tools (Calculator Web, Service Option Collaborator, AMT, etc) and processes
- Understanding of Caterpillar Mining Equipment Management practices
- Previous experience with contract drafting and execution
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills
- Focus on process improvement
