Job Description:
YOUR MISSION
- Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize all kitchen utensils, dishes, pots, pans, and other equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the dishwashing area.
- Ensure all items are properly washed, rinsed, and sanitized following established standards and procedures.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards in accordance with local health codes and regulations.
- Ensure all kitchen areas, including the dishwashing station, are clean, sanitized, and organized at all times.
- Assist in general kitchen cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and taking out trash.
YOUR PROFILE
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Help or Dishwasher is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of kitchen operations and food safety practices.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
