What you will do:
- Develop sales and service processes (vis-à-vis our car dealer customers) and how we represent and operate them in Salesforce.com
- Deliver strategic CRM initiatives (e.g., integrations of different CRM systems) and continuously improve our existing CRM capabilities
- Manage the CRM roadmap and align prioritizes and trade-offs with senior stakeholders across the company (incl. CRM development, sales teams/markets, product & tech teams, management)
- Lead a team of 7-10 colleagues (CRM process managers/consultants, admins, and order managers). Set priorities, track delivery and performance, and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to build a healthy, motivated, and high-performing team

- Leadership: You can lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team. You know “what good looks like” and bring a clear sense of ownership for your team delivering against this. You can manage senior stakeholders, create alignment, and drive change
- Drive to get things done: You can manage resources, deliverables and timelines in a complex tech company environment. Your pragmatic and solution-oriented approach to problems and good judgment helps your team to keep output high and avoid getting lost in details and complexity
- CRM expertise: You bring expertise in Salesforce.com, esp. for sales and service processes. You identify requirements and design processes in close collaboration with sales colleagues
- Fluent English and effective communication to technical and non-technical colleagues; German would be a plus
