Job Description:

Your main tasks will include:

Design visually appealing ads for various marketing channels, including print, digital, and social media, under the guidance of more experienced designers.
Produce visually stunning brand photography, leveraging the power of Midjourney and our established process to blend AI with creative visual storytelling.
Support production of visually stunning illustrations that align with the brand’s messaging and values.
Contribute to the planning of our social media posts, producing eye-catching visuals for Instagram, and bringing forward innovative ideas and trends for TikTok content.
Collaborate closely with our marketing team, copywriters, and senior designers to understand end goals and strategize communication approaches.
Learn and apply design best practices and fundamentals, refining creative concepts based on data, research, and insights.
Become a valuable member of our design team, constantly pushing creative borders and exploring innovative concepts & solutions.

What we look for:

Some initial experience in design, with a good eye for design principles.
Solid knowledge of recognised design industry tools and platforms (e.g. Figma, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
You have drawing skills and the ability to create illustrations that align with brand guidelines.
Passionate about social media and content creation, with a keen ability to identify and leverage current trends to engage and grow our audience.
Interest in using AI tools like Midjourney for creative design projects.
Enthusiasm for design and a willingness to learn and grow within a team environment.
You have strong communication skills with an ability to take constructive feedback.
You are able to collaborate on projects in a team-oriented environment.
A fluent English speaker. Intermediate level of German is a plus.
Having a portfolio is a must for this position. Applications submitted without an attached portfolio will not be considered.
