ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: WHAT YOU’LL DO
- High-performing teams: Build driven and high-performing teams by focusing on the development of our engineers. You manage the capacity and ensure that the team is shipping impact.
- Maximizing impact: Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Personio. Plan and execute the most impactful initiatives. Contribute to cross-functional projects inside the Security Organization. You are an enabler and multiplier.
- Architecture: Work closely with your team to provide feedback on secure architecture and best practices. Enable your team to deliver cutting-edge technology, services and processes that raise the security maturity of our product and mitigate threats and vulnerabilities risks.
- Engineering culture: Build and influence a culture of ownership, autonomy, and inclusivity, not just within your team but the whole department.
- Technical excellence: Hone your cybersecurity and engineering skills to build operational and engineering excellence within your team that promotes and implements best practices.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS: WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Over 3+ years of hands-on people management experience. You’ve managed and grown high-performing teams by focusing on the engineers’ development and impact delivery.
- Over 6+ years of cybersecurity experience, preferably in security engineering.
- You have an ability to lead, cooperate and make decisions to push forward.
- You are data driven in your decision-making.
- Strong understanding and experience on SaaS product security architecture, vulnerability management and data security.
- You have excellent technical and non-technical communication skills.
