Job Description:
This position is responsible for making outbound calls to
prospective members offering our Medicare plan.
Make outbound calls for retention efforts.
Provide support to sales representatives .
Respond to incoming customer service inquiries.
Able to work alternate hours (i.e. Overtime, Saturdays),
depends on business needs
Required Qualifications
Be located in Maricopa county or surrounding area
and commute to AZ office location if needed
Customer Service Experience
Call Center Experience
Possess effective telephone and problem identification
and resolution skills.
Medicare Knowledge
Medicaid Knowledge
Bilingual (Spanish)preferred
Ability to use different computer programs (i.e. Microsoft Office)
QuickBase
Preferred Qualifications
Strong organizational skills
Detail oriented
Able to work independently
Education
High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience
