Job Description:

Main Responsibilities

  • Achieve financial targets set for the assigned accounts in assigned territory.
  • Develop company’s brand awareness and reputation in external Market by deep collaboration with the customers with focus on new business opportunities development and Critical portfolio development.
  • Lead sales team to develop business opportunities in assigned territory. Monitor, coach and motivate the sales team to achieve the team’s financial goals and KPIs together with their personal development plan.
  • Build strong collaboration with other sales team, Marketing, commercial excellence etc. to drive Revenue performance and enhance customer experience.
  • Report the business to management team in a timely way in high quality, i.e., busienss forecast, Opportunity pipelines, team performance, territory growth plans etc.

Qualification

  1. At least 8 years’ working experience, more than 4 years’ team managing role in business.
  1. MNC company commercial and managing experience is preferred.
  2. Solid working experience in life science industry is mandatory, experience in channel management is obvious an advantage.
  3. Profound understanding and knowledge in market including market trend, subsegment, regulatory requirement etc.
  4. Full of Passion and highly self-motivated. Working under pressure and good problem-solving, team motivation skills.
  5. High learning agility.
  6. Strong leadership capability.
  7. Innovation. Leading, applying creative solutions to solve problems and challenges.
  8. Bachelor’s degree or above in business, Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceuticals etc.
  9. Strong interpersonal skills and strong negotiation skills with impact.
