Job Description:

Your responsibilities will include

  • Managing customer’s accounts daily, contacting them via email and phone
  • Managing disputes by logging them, coordinating the resolution, and clarifying any issues with the client or/and departments in charge
  • Cash Collection activities for the UK and Ireland
  • Managing customer relations
  • Running the dunning/direct debit and refund process
  • Account reconciliation
  • Reducing levels of unapplied and unallocated cash by contacting customers for remittance advice
  • Looking for areas of improvement in the process

Minimum requirements

  • Fluent English
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar field
  • Good knowledge of SAP and Excel
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred skills and experiences

  • Ability to prioritize, depending on the criticality of tasks
  • Ability to work within an international environment
  • Well-organized and Team spirit-building skills
