The Internal Audit Recovery Analyst will be a key member of the Internal Audit Recovery team and will participate in the execution of recovery audits. This role is responsible for basic auditing tasks including, following standard audit procedures, identifying areas of opportunity for recovery dollars, documenting and creating recovery claims, and corresponding with business partners as needed for validation or resolution of disputes under the supervision of more experienced auditors.

Specific audit areas will include Retail Lease Auditing. The Analyst will be responsible for the identification, negotiation, settlement and collection of overpayments uncovered during occupancy audits of CVS retail store Leases (Contract Compliance Audit). The Analyst will also assist the team in performing promotional funding and inventory audits.

This will be a hybrid role and will require going into the office three days per week.

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience with computer applications, Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

• Audit, Accounting or Contract Compliance Audit experience

• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment

• Experience negotiating with vendors and landlords to settle audit claims
• Experience preforming Contract Compliance Audits


Bachelor’s Degree required

Experience Level: Mid-Senior
