Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience working with highly confidential and sensitive information
• 1+ years of experience partnering effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization
• 1+ years of experience handling conflict situations in rational and constructive manner
• 1+ years of customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Able to manage high volume of work in a fast paced environment
• Familiarity with ADA/ADAAA and FMLA
• Experience with case management
• Computer skills: Microsoft applications such as word, excel and outlook

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
