Job Responsibilities

  • Facilitating regular status meetings, building timelines, publishing agendas and notes
  • Holding project team members accountable for meeting deliverables and established milestones
  • Managing all aspects of the customer communication
  • Providing accurate reporting on populations, financials and case health
  • Creating presentation decks for awareness and approvals
  • Communicating with senior level managers; providing visibility of current case status and obstacles
  • Managing all the above while adhering to the CCB Remediation and Corrections Guidelines
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts from business, Legal and Compliance to understand the break, how customers were impacted and develop Correction Strategy based on those discussions.
  • Review and validate multiple large, complex datasets to ensure the final impacted population is correctly and adequately captured.
  • Create documentation that supports the end-to-end execution of each case with sufficient detail that independent parties external to Corrections can understand the work performed.
  • Articulate in-depth case details, progress and escalations to senior management and external stakeholders.
  • Develop or enhance correction execution procedures to address risks and increase efficiency.
  • Independently work through case data and resolve any case issues and roadblocks for a given Correction case to ensure timely execution of Correction activities.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills – ability to deliver initiatives with the highest level of quality and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Initiative, drive, self-motivation, good judgment and commitment to taking on additional tasks to help deliver results based on established target dates
  • Analytical reasoning  and the ability to explore unconventional methodology
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills for all levels
  • Advanced level Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint efficiency
  • Strong data analysis skills working with large, complex data in Excel.
  • Strong critical-thinking skills, ability to problem solve and work effectively with varying subject matter.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility and build strong partnerships.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • 3 plus years Consumer Banking business experience/knowledge
  • 3 plus years managing issues/projects
  • Direct experience working with the processes, systems, and products of Consumer and Business Banking.
  • SAS or SQL knowledge.
