Capacity Systems Product Manager, OCI Infrastructure Capacity Management @ Oracle

• Subject matter expert for infrastructure capacity management products and systems
• Plans and drives successful releases of entire products that contain significant scope
• Improves the team in some subset of product management practices, vision, creativity, ownership, hiring, mentoring
• Plans, documents, and communicates to stakeholders for the business-critical products/services
• Drives product roadmap and quality based on metrics and data analysis.
• Identifies and mitigates critical product risks

Qualifications:

• BS or MS degree in Computer Science or relevant experience.
• 8+ years of experience in product management, or related relevant experience
• Extremely strong communication skills, written and verbally
• Experience working with network and infrastructure capacity products
• Experience building solutions and whitepapers on any cloud/virtualization platform.
• Experience building highly-available application architecture for cloud
• Attention to detail and validated ability to lead multiple priorities simultaneously
• Ability to think both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
• Experience interacting with a broad spectrum of IT audience – ranging from CTO/CIO to various levels of engineering
• Contribution and/or leadership of exceptionally complex, critical projects
