Responsibilities
  1. Content Development Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive content development strategy that aligns with the goals and objectives of Oracle’s Customer Success Service and supports the adoption and success of Oracle’s services and Oracle’s customer success. With an emphasis on partner enablement
  2. Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging, and informative content, including customer success stories, sales guides, call guides, training materials, demo videos, and other content formats to facilitate Customer Success Services adoption and ongoing customer success for partner use.
  3. Enablement Programs: Design and develop enablement programs and resources, including training materials, playbooks, and knowledge bases, to support Oracle’s Customer Success teams in effectively guiding customers through the adoption and usage of Oracle’s complete lifecycle of services.
  4. Customer Advocacy: Collaborate with Oracle’s Customer Success teams and gather customer insights, success stories, and feedback to create compelling content that highlights the value and impact of Oracle and Oracle Partner services.
  5. Content Optimization: Optimize content for clarity, relevance, and ease of consumption, ensuring it aligns with Oracle’s brand guidelines and tone of voice.
  6. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, sales, and presales, to gather information, validate content, and ensure alignment with messaging, business goals, and customer needs.
  7. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of content and enablement programs using analytics tools and metrics, identifying areas of improvement, and implementing data-driven optimizations.
  8. Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Continuously research and stay updated on industry trends, customer challenges, and best practices to ensure the content remains relevant and valuable.

.Requirements:

  1. Proven Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in content development, or enablement, preferably with Cloud and emerging technology tech industry
  2. Excellent Writing and Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and effectively convey complex concepts.
  3. Proven skills in conveying complex content into strong messaging through PowerPoint.
  4. Deep understanding of Oracle’s Cloud offerings, functionality, and integration capabilities.
  5. Enablement Expertise: Experience designing and delivering enablement programs, training materials, and resources for customer success teams.
  6. Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to collaborate and manage relationships with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and subject matter experts.
  7. Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to evaluate content effectiveness and drive improvements.
  8. Customer-Centric Approach: Passion for customer success and a customer-centric mindset, with the ability to empathize with customer needs and challenges.
  9. Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  10. Adaptability: Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
  11. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
