Job Description:

• SIEM Solutions – Experience with SIEM technical solution deployment.
• Splunk knowledge and experience – Build SIEM Use Case and Dashboards, onboarding log sources.
• Incident management, security strategy, proactive services that help with prepare, recognize, and respond in anticipation to a specific attack or known attack patterns.
• Analyzing log data, threat data, and threat intelligence information, interpret, and communicate derived meaning to client with recommendations for risk mitigation strategies
• Acting as expert consultant in review of SIEM design documents, creating implementation/migration plans, based on defined business requirements.
• Developing client relationships through strong technical and communication skills requiring native level Japanese language fluency as well as business level English language skills
• Consulting and working in depth with network and security architects regarding network and security technology and service decisions.
• Complying with corporate risk management procedures.
• Working to agreed budgets and timeframes, ability to work on and manage multiple project deliverables at one time.
• Performing implementation and security testing activities in accordance with client maintenance/change windows.
• Able to perform hands on Security tools led investigations and activities when needed.
• Working within a team of Security consultants to deliver cyber security services meeting the customer’s IT Security business objectives.
• Demonstrate sound written and oral communications skills in English and Japanese ( native level and JLPT Level 1 proficient ) to interact with the clients.

You’ll need to have:

• Four or more years of relevant work experience in implementing SIEM solutions.
• SIEM Systems – Familiar with main industry vendor (e.g SPLUNK, QRADAR, etc), courses and certifications
• Experience with and understanding of ITIL processes.
• Knowledge of the range of standards, guidelines, policies, and best practices affecting deployment of IT security technology and services.
• Knowledge and understanding of security framework and standards like ASD, NIST, ISO 27000
• Knowledge of common types of network attacks, malware and infection vectors
• Proficiency in English & Japanese language is essential to service regional clients and for business expansion in the market.

Even better if you have:

• Industry certification such as Splunk Administrator, CCIE, CCNA, CISSP, CCSE, MCSE.
• SANS or other Security certifications, such as GCIA, GCIH, GREM, GPEN, CEH
• Demonstrated sound written and oral communications skills, be articulate in explanations, and communicate in a clear positive fashion with internal and external stakeholders, clients, and suppliers.
• Ability to collect and analyze requirements in order to develop compliant end-to-end technical solutions, processes and procedures and to lead a team of technical engineers to implement the solutions.
