Job Description:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Establish supportive relationships with recruiters, generalist, and hiring managers while maintaining customer satisfaction for internal and external customers through the pre-employment/onboarding process
- Process and monitor new hires for pre-employment screenings to include background requests and motor vehicle reports
- Coordinate and schedule pre-employment drug screens and occupational health exams
- Process new hire relocation requests
- Process Department of Transportation verifications and history checks
- Ensure timely I-9 completion
- Knowledge of working with Department of Transportation with Federal Motor Carriers Safety Administration (FMCSA) and Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) for drug and alcohol testing preferred
- Other duties as assigned

- Must have at least an Associate degree in related field or 2 years of related work experience
- Must possess high level of integrity and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail
- Problem solving with ability to recognize issues and deal with them directly
- Personable, positive and enthusiastic attitude with capability to deal effective with people
- Ability to communicate clearly, verbally and written
- Organize work assignments and work independently
- Multi-task and prioritize daily responsibilities
- Work under pressure and respond to unplanned, critical events, time constraints and deadlines
- Excellent customer service, team work, organizational communication, learning and computer skills
- Microsoft office products
Required experience is commensurate with the selected job level:
- 2 years equivalent work experience, and 0-2 years of relevant job related experience
Preferred Requirements:
- PeopleSoft preferred
- Taleo preferred
