About the Role:
- Scan documents to designated folders/files
- Update shared files with Bill of Ladings and Proof of Deliveries to ensure deliveries and shipments can be matched to invoiced
- Scan and link documents to Microsoft Excel file
- Support Transportation & Procurement team through daily inventories of non-product materials
- Maintain Microsoft Excel file to keep track of inventory
- Maintain Microsoft Excel file to monitor usage of materials and ensure on hand stock of material is available to support business needs
- Support Transportation team in the procurement and reconciliation of Dayton supplies
- Maintain Microsoft Excel file to keep track of inventory to support budget
- Communicate issues effectively with the Transportation & Procurement Senior Manager and Procurement Manager
- Support Dayton Transportation team with office tasks as necessary which may include (but is not limited to) creating signs, maintaining filing systems, etc.
- All other duties assigned by supervisor

About You:
- 1-2 years of experience, including hands-on internship, in similar role and/or department
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Microsoft Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word experience required
- Accountability, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently to develop a method to achieving goals with little supervision: ability to work under pressure.
- Independence and self-motivation skills: able to work as a team as well as handle projects on his/her own.
- Strong computer skills.
- Position may require overtime, including weekends and peak times.
- Position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
