What you’ll be doing

  • Working closely with the Head of Growth of your country to adopt global go-to-market launch strategies, including messaging and product positioning
  • Collaborate with local language experts to customise global marketing campaigns for local audiences
  • Adapting lifecycle communications, social media, product marketing, brand campaigns, and other global initiatives to make them locally relevant
  • Running seasonal and product marketing campaigns relevant to your specific market only
  • Identifying user needs by deeply understanding our customers and how our product works locally in order to create data-driven, actionable insights for product and marketing teams

What you’ll need

  • Experience in either B2B or B2C growth or marketing in a fast-paced environment (preferably in a hyper growth global tech company)
  • Experience working closely with copywriting and design teams to develop creative, engaging content
  • A strong track record in consumer marketing and an understanding of in-product, digital, PR, and offline activations channels
  • Passion about Revolut’s products and knowledge of markets and the competitive landscape in the fintech or payments industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as a charismatic, people-person with the ability to talk to anyone and work in an ever-changing startup environment
  • Fluency in English and one of the native Nordics languages e.g. Swedish, Danish, Norwegian

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience in copywriting
