Job Description:

• Provide sound credit risk ratings and credit limit thresholds that help approval stakeholders fully understand their risk / reward decisions
• Assure the quality, soundness and timeliness of all financial analysis, underwriting and credit approval processes
• Manage ongoing credit risk of an assigned customer portfolio with particular attention to customer, industry or regional trending
• Facilitate timely and appropriate resolution of emerging issues through the involvement of internal stakeholders (Credit & Collection teams, Sales, Finance, Legal etc) as required
• Prepare & recommend requests for ad hoc Promissory Notes & Invoice Dating requests
• Supervise team of associates responsible for overall credit decisions, including granting credit and negotiating collateral and other risk mitigation options as appropriate
• Manage a team of direct reports; delivering clear expectations while promoting a positive work environment that is challenging and engaging
• Ensure adherence to company Credit Policy & Sarbanes-Oxley Internal Controls
• Build and develop relationships with the Sales Team and other functional partners throughout Cencora.
• Performs related duties as assigned.

Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year Bachelor’s Degree program, technical vocational training, or equivalent combination of experience and education. Normally requires a minimum of three (3) years progressively responsible experience.
