Job Description:

  • Your role
    • Deliver, facilitate and drive Digital, Data & IT projects and teams for our Global Healthcare Operations functional and especially the Biotech Development Center (BDC) projects on time, budget, quality.
    • Closely interact with the required business stakeholders in Switzerland and globally.
    • Partner with business leads and scientists/manufacturing bioprocess analytic experts.
    • Accountable, with business leads, of all IT project deliveries for the BDC site.
    • Responsible of all IT related deliveries within the project and acting as single point of contact among IT units and business project stakeholders.
    • Closely collaborate with delivers teams in Vevey to ensure a smooth transition into operations at project end.
    • Ensure IT project delivery is fulfilling business requirements.
    • Lead Data & Analytics projects for our Biotech Development Center and co-drive its roadmap and IT project portfolio. Ensure alignment with our IT Business Partner and global Digital, Data & IT functions.
  • Who you are
    • You have an academic degree in Computer Science or equivalent, Master’s degree preferred
    • Experienced project manager (10+ years) with a proven track record of leading, driving and successfully closing Digital & IT projects in a complex, global matrix organization.
    • Thoroughly familiar with current Manufacturing models and concepts in Healthcare or Life Science, biotech process development knowledge would be an advantage
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision and excellent self-management skills (e.g. prioritization of task)
    • Proven track record in Pharmaceutical GxP project implementation and validation
    • Outstanding (i.e. C-Level) presentation and communication skills
    • Strong capabilities to develop concepts and drive their implementation in a pragmatic manner
    • Solid foundation in project management methodology (preferably PMP certification)
    • Excellent knowledge of IT infrastructure and IT site operations
    • Profound experience in working in cross-functional, multi-cultural teams as well as proven ability to lead international teams
    • Excellent command of written and spoken English, business fluent in French would be an advantage
