What You’ll Do:

  • 2nd Line manager- managing a team of managers and Senior Account Executives
  • Ensure the Corporate Sales team is the top performing team in the industry, outselling the competition by leveraging our successful value selling model
  • Develop and execute on territory, team and quarterly plans
  • Build plans to maximise the growth opportunity for CrowdStrike in Japan
  • Work with sales team to maintain a strong pipeline with accuracy in pipeline management and reporting
  • Manage Corporate Sales Reps + Managers’ professional career development
  • Ensure team is the best in the industry with frequent sales and product skills training
  • Generate pipeline of candidates for hiring purposes (keep a warm bench)
  • Exceed quarterly and annual quotas
  • Proficiency navigating within CRM tools (Salesforce)
  • Formally mentor Sales reps and managers / be a leader and role model
  • Always thinking outside of the box, constantly motivating team and identifying new ways to grow and develop the SMB/Commercial business
  • Keep up to date knowledge of the industry as well as competitive positioning of the company
  • Work effectively with Senior Leadership team and overseas manager
  • The Director, Corporate Sales should take on a proactive role, always be on the lookout for ways to improve team productivity, and build a team of ‘hunters’ to strive for net new logos

 

What You’ll Need:

  • Proven track record within Sales Management
  • Knows how to leverage channel partners to drive successful customer outcomes
  • Ability to maintain focus on daily schedule, objectives and effectively set priorities
  • Proven leadership experience in either a direct Management role
  • A good understanding of Cyber Security technologies
  • Proven track record in exceeding targets
  • Experience working in a hyper growth environment with aggressive YOY growth
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a highly interactive environment
  • Evidence of sharing knowledge with peers and working as a member of an effective team
  • Outstanding communication skills both in English and Japanese; verbal and written
