Job Responsibilities:

Lead NUSA eCommerce, establishing strategic priorities, design improvements, standard methodologies, and accelerating overall profitable sales & share.
•    Drive eCommerce strategy and leading practices, customer relationships, sales operations and supply chain solutions across all NUSA’s e-Commerce platforms.
•    Develop and lead a high performance, cross-functional eCommerce customer team, focused on growing NUSA’s online sales profitably with eRetailers.
•    Integrate and enable online tools and capabilities into brand digital and shopper marketing efforts and strategies by determining standard methodologies, strongest ROI events which drive business impact.
•    Work closely with eCommerce partners, NUSA sales teams, and retailer accounts to develop effective Omni-Shopping customer strategies and plans to drive sales.
•    With the Analytics team, develop KPIs for success across eBusiness actions, and direct the infrastructure and talent development required to achieve success. Integrate analytics insights to drive increased business impact.
•    Partner with Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing, IT, and Legal on the development of eBusiness-specific capabilities to achieve revenue goals.
•    Collaborate across Nestle and strategic partners to drive eBusiness impact.
•    Collaborate with the Centre, and other Nestle Operating Companies in the US, on eBusiness strategy, efforts and ways of winning.
•    Work with strategic partners (i.e. Integer, Stackline, etc) to integrate eBusiness, as part of partner plans and business impact assessment

Job Requirements:

•    BA required, MBA preferred
•    The successful candidate will be a progressive Sales and eCommerce leader with capabilities and achievements in Sales, Channel Category Sales Development, leading strategy and growth plans built upon a deep understanding across pure play, Omni channel, and direct-to-consumer channels.
•    The eCommerce Director must have a shown ability to influence and lead engagement and implementation with both brand leadership and retail customer partners. You will have demonstrated leadership in providing strategic expertise throughout an organization and a track record of delivering quantifiable results. Importantly, the eCommerce Director will have demonstrated the ability to assess and smartly act upon the current and future eCommerce business conditions and trends, as well as organizational capabilities and needs.
•    You will possess a minimum of 8+ years experience in marketing and sales, with emphasis in eCommerce. You will hold a successful reputation of results driving strategic innovation in eCommerce and elevating eCommerce initiatives in CPG categories.

•    You will possess a minimum of 5+ years experience working with Walmart;
