Engineer, Fullstack @Hex Trust

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain web applications that support fund administration, accounting, trade capture, and operational processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs, maintaining code quality throughout the application’s lifecycle.
• Work closely with the product development team to plan new features.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high development standards.
• Stay up-to-date with new technology trends, applications, and protocols in the digital asset industry.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer in a similar role within the finance or digital asset trading industry.
• Strong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript and Python. Familiarity with other relevant programming languages is a plus.
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Proficient in backend development, with a good understanding of Node.js, Express.js, or other server-side frameworks.
• Knowledge of databases, SQL, and NoSQL, as well as their declarative query languages.
• Experience with blockchain technologies, smart contracts, and related tools is advantageous.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Experience in successfully building, deploying, and maintaining cloud-based virtual machines (VMs) at scale, utilizing industry-standard platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, to ensure uninterrupted availability and optimal performance of full-stack software solutions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and concisely.
