What You’ll Do:

  • Support the Field Sales Organization and Sales Operations team in driving ARR retention at scale through execution of the following:
  • Protect and Grow Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) by supporting the enterprise field sales team in securing renewal contracts in advance of expiration
  • Support enterprise field sales with renewals and complex quote creation as well as deal support activities
  • Review, prepare and present renewal sales quotes to enterprise renewal seller 90-120 days in advance of expiration
  • Ownership of contract processes including co-termining, upselling and multi-year options related to renewals
  • Communicate and effectively partner with Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Legal, Finance and Sales Management to support the enterprise sales team with complex quoting requests
  • Research customer license purchase and renewal history, gather requirements on up-sell, cross-sell, co-term from sales and make recommendations on renewal proposal
  • Structuring quoting scenarios including co-terms, staggered deployments, module/feature upgrades with product dependencies and securing necessary internal approvals
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on how to build quotes in CPQ, price and discount CrowdStrike’s product portfolio
  • Develop deep understanding of various product dependency rules
  • Support the enterprise sales team with the accurate forecasting of renewals
  • Partner with customer value management to understand the health status of customers
  • Provide renewal sales operations team with regular and accurate updates on the renewal contract statuses
  • Being a trusted resource for sales on the enterprise renewal sales process as well as CrowdStrikes’ Pricing & Packaging policies
  • Share Best Practices & advise on how to package, price and quote renewal proposals

 

What You Need:

  • Relevant industry experience: High Tech, SaaS, Cybersecurity preferred
  • Experience with Annual Recurring Revenue business model
  • 5 years+ of experience in Enterprise Renewals, Sales Operations, Deal Support, Contract Management or Customer Success
  • Previous experience managing SaaS Subscription renewals process
  • Experience and proficiency with MS Excel
  • Prior experience using Salesforce.com and/or Salesforce CPQ
  • Ability to successfully balance a wide variety of daily tasks and adjust priorities on the fly in a fast-paced environment over multiple engagements.
  • Tech savvy & excited to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication skills demonstrated through email, conference calls, presentations, and internal meetings
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
  • Extreme attention to detail and highly organized.
