Responsibilities:
- Assist with Custody business line activities such as roadmap planning, pre-sales meetings, pricing and product development
- Handle client onboarding and operational efficiencies
- Manage Custody reporting and partnerships
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors
- Facilitate ad-hoc initiatives and projects
- Maintain product and process knowledge
- Complete tasks diligently and within deadlines
- Pay attention to details and prioritize tasks
- Collaborate with other business lines on joint projects
- Participate in client meetings and events
Requirements
- University degree in Business/Finance/Fintech/Computer Science is preferred.
- 1 – 2 years experience preferably in Crypto, Fintech or Banking roles. Outstanding fresh graduates will also be taken into consideration.
- Highly-motivated, willing to learn and grow.
- Ability to analyze, prioritize, evaluate and form independent judgments.
- Ability to interact and build relationships with people from different departments and levels of seniority.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Data analysis skills — e.g. Python — will be a plus.
- Fluency in English.
