Job Description:


  • Proactively assist the LMS VP/GM Americas and leadership team with day-to-day functions including calendar, time management, travel, expense reports, special projects and ad hoc reporting.
  • Manage and coordinate meetings including, but not limited to, National Sales & Service Kick-Off, IMRs, Kaizens, senior staff, training and customer visits.
  • Administration of purchasing related activities including ordering, quotation/invoice/SAP for service providers, contract updates and follow-up. Manage and administer the LMS iBuy Program.


  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with senior level executives, customers, vendors, visitors, and other dignitaries.
  • Ownership of execution and results of projects.
  • Associate degree required; Bachelor degree preferred.
