Job Description:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Provide executive-level support to the CFO and Vice President, IT, by managing calendars, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, managing expenses, acting as a delegate, handling requests for time, and preparing correspondence.
  • Coordinate the logistics of executive meetings, conferences, and departmental events, including arranging travel, preparing agendas, arranging catering, and ensuring all technological needs are met for presentations and communications.
  • Manage and follow-up on all department-wide and cross-department action items related to annual budgeting, performance cycles, hiring, promotions, financials, organizational changes, and other company-wide initiatives.

The essential requirements of the job include: 

  • 8-10 years of recent senior/executive administrative support experience in a corporate setting.
  • Expert level proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, and expense and travel tools like Concur and CWT.
  • Extensive experience coordinating complex international travel and visas.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Oracle EBS, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics
  • Reporting tools like Microsoft Power BI
  • Supporting Finance & Information Technology departments
