Job Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Assists new client site implementation 
  • Assists Site Manager or Supervisor in offering suggestions for improvement which may include new suggestions or suggestions to enhance existing processes or procedures
  • Assists in the training of new and existing employees 
  • Maintains accurate, complete and up-to-date Site Procedure Guides, Forms and Logs and other Site Branding 
  • Collects data for the completion of the Monthly Management Report as directed
  • Orders paper, toner and other supplies 
  • In the absence of onsite personnel, may perform any of, but is not limited to the following duties: 
  • Processes all incoming and outgoing mail 
  • Performs other mailroom functions, such as mail fulfillment, which includes sorting, filing, packaging and processing shipments for delivery to multiple locations 
  • Filing and labeling of documents and other materials for storage and retrieval 
  • Shipping and receiving, including the movement of boxes and or equipment 
  • Provides Courier Service for the pickup and delivery of mail and copy jobs, on location and offsite 
  • Assists in the Copy Center and performs all functions required for the delivery and completion of all copy requests which may include the usage of binding, folders, laminators, etc. 
  • Performs basic troubleshooting on equipment 
  • Assists in the coordinating of work assignments to meet specific deadlines and service deliverables 
  • Manage all aspects of the location in the absence of the Site Manager or Supervisor 
  • Directs or leads the in person or virtual Daily Huddle in the absence of the Site Manager or Supervisor
  • Performs Front Desk Receptionist duties 
 
Qualifications:
  • Displays a willingness to be trained on digital office equipment  
  • Prior hands-on experience with troubleshooting, mechanical and electrical equipment repairs 
  • Ability to use hand tools  
  • Strong time management skills 
  • Ability to lift, push, pull and maneuver objects weighing up to 50 lbs. 
  • Experience using smartphones, laptops, and tablets with exposure to Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)  
  • Previous experience with software and hardware updates preferred 
  • Familiarity with networking and internet connectivity preferred  
  • Experience with mail equipment, scanners, copiers, printers, shrink-wrappers, paper cutters, hole drillers, bindery equipment, joggers, tape machines, electric staplers, scales, collators and related equipment preferred
  • Possess a valid driver’s license with a relatively clean driving record
  • Able to travel readily and frequently to clients for meetings and onsite work
