Job Description:

The Finance General team manages the planning and direction of finance process and activities. Activities include the efficient operation and cost-effectiveness of operating systems and programs.

Your responsibilities will include

Actively contribute to the financial planning process of the respective plant, supporting and advising the business leaders

  • Support the business and the finance team in executing the defined set of actions recommended to improve financial performance and exploit opportunities.

  • Provide analysis required to develop business strategies and manage the costs

  • Run analysis in order to explain possible variances between expected and actual results on the relevant variables.

  • Calculate, monitor and report all SG&;A expenses and administrative costs of the plant.

  • Prepare and review the financial reports and Analysis (P&;L and BS) and statements of the function.

  • Facilitate the accurate and timely exchange of information between controllers , central finance team and Shared Services Center.

  • Champion and ensure the proper application of the accounting rules, procedures and laws/regulations

  • Manage multiple relation – Finance team (HQ, SSC) and Business

  • Ensures team spirit, good team-working environment, conflict negotiation, individual and group communication.

  • Ensures communication of vision and strategy for his/her area of responsibility above and below within the organization.

Minimum requirements

  • Fluent English and Italian

  • Finance/Accounting Education

  • At least 1/2 years’ of experience in Finance

  • Operational competencies: Problem solving, relationship management, process excellence, analytical skills, intellectual curiosity

Preferred skills and experiences

  • PC and system skills  (Excel, SAP, Gsuite)
