Job Description:

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage aspects of procurement activities for the company
  • Oversee general affairs functions such as office management including company cars and event planning
  • Operational HR support role, such as interview coordination, manage the contingent workers’ contract, and so on, but not limited in those area.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure that all needs are met
  • Assist GM to manage schedule, meeting arrangement, and so on.
  • Other admin tasks (telephone correspondence, filing, mailing, list management), travel related administration, insurance, and various contract management.

 

Our Expectations

  • Education: Bachelor Degree is preferred.
  • Work experience: Minimum 3 years of experience for administration or assistant role. HR operations and/or PA experience is also welcome.
  • Certification: Qualified Health Officer is a plus
  • Languages: Fluent Japanese.

English – Proficient level is desired (for email / telephone correspondence, dealing with visitors)
