Job Description:
The Role:
- Collaborate with external vendors to manage benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations accurately.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date benefits data in Workday and other relevant databases.
- Identify opportunities for automation from current workflow, and work with internal HRIS team and external vendors to release human hours from manual works and improve data accuracy.
- Look for systematic ways to enhance employee experiences and vendor delivery of services to ensure consistency across the company
- Ensure all compliance tasks are completed on a timely manner
- Create and update Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Job Aids to provide instructions for the current benefits operations related tasks.
- Monitor and resolve carrier file feeds, error reports and enrollment issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in benefits administration or a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of global employee benefits programs and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using Workday and other relevant software.
