Job Description:

The Role:
  • Collaborate with external vendors to manage benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations accurately.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date benefits data in Workday and other relevant databases.
  • Identify opportunities for automation from current workflow, and work with internal HRIS team and external vendors to release human hours from manual works and improve data accuracy.
  • Look for systematic ways to enhance employee experiences and vendor delivery of services to ensure consistency across the company
  • Ensure all compliance tasks are completed on a timely manner
  • Create and update Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Job Aids to provide instructions for the current benefits operations related tasks.
  • Monitor and resolve carrier file feeds, error reports and enrollment issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in benefits administration or a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of global employee benefits programs and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Workday and other relevant software.
