Your Tasks – Paint the world green

  • Strategic HR Planning: develop and implement our on-board people strategy aligned with the overall business objectives, working closely with the senior leadership team.
  • Talent Acquisition: oversee the talent acquisition process from employer branding to recruiting, including the positioning as an employer of choice and defining recruitment strategies to ensure that we meet our growth goals.
  • Compensation & Benefits: own our compensation & benefits framework related to Flix Train on-board staff and work closely with our central C & B team to stay up to date with market developments to ensure an attractive compensation scheme for our train team.
  • Onboarding and Training: ensure new joiners are successfully onboarded. Support the organization and further development of our FlixTrain academy in collaboration with our academy team, including assessing and collaborating with external training providers.
  • Performance Management: implement a performance management process suitable for train staff, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans to help employees grow and advance in their careers.
  • Employee Relations & Employment Law: handle complex employee relations issues, providing guidance to managers and employees, and ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.

Your Profile – Come on board

  • At least 8 years of work experience in similar positions, ideally with managing people topics at organizations with a deskless workforce
  • Profound experience with all aspects of HR topics, with a focus on strategic planning and implementation into talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, training & onboarding, performance management and employee relations
  • Proven ability to create strategies and concepts, with a creative and solution-oriented approach to solving labour market challenges as well as successful track record of implementation
  • Experience with conceptualizing and building scalable, automated processes from scratch
  • Able to achieve results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and high level of empathy, ability to connect with people from all backgrounds
  • Solid knowledge of German labor law (individual & collective labor law)
