Job Description:

Your Tasks – Paint the world green

You will be at the forefront to lead a team of treasury professionals in the regional treasury organization
You will also be the key interface between Flix Global Treasury and Americas entities
Central to your role is to define, develop, and implement approved treasury policies that comply with local requirements
You will perform, oversee, and direct all critical treasury programs to achieve maximum efficiency
Decision making for budgets and resource allocation drives you to optimize financial processes
Conceptualizing, overseeing and initiating the ongoing development of the treasury infrastructure will be a key aspect of your responsibilities, ensuring compliance and efficiency
Your role also entails driving effective risk management measures at company level
You will also ensure that all relevant transactions meet the agreed performance targets, optimizing cash & liquidity, and leveraging cutting-edge technology
Acting as an interface to implement Flix group’s Finance & Treasury strategy (Cash & Liquidity management, Debt Finance incl. Leasing, Market Risk & Reporting management, Treasury operations)
Your role also entails driving effective risk management measures at company level
Maintaining strong communication with banks and other financial service providers is important to you

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board

Up to 10 years + experience in a Treasury, Controlling, or Finance position
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or similar
Strong experience in key Treasury matters like Financing and Financial Risk Management Instruments
Detail-oriented leader driven to inspire, motivate, and empower the team to achieve organizational & project goals
Comfortable negotiating in financial and commercial topics
Effective communication and stakeholder management up to senior leadership level
Proficient in English language is required, additional language, preferably Spanish, is a plus
