Responsibilities:

  • Answers employee and manager general questions related to HR and Payroll processes, policies and other general questions via phone, chat or email. Redirects misplaced calls.
  • Documents all employee inquiries, issues, and transactions in our case management system as required.
  • Leverages procedures, policy manuals, knowledge databases, articles and other reference materials to resolve inquiries.
  • Redirects complex inquiries to appropriate operations support as needed when additional in-depth knowledge is required (e.g. Tier II Functional Specialists, Payroll, Benefits, Total Rewards, Finance, Business HR, etc.)
  • Maintains personal and organizational data in the HR system (Workday).
  • Partners with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., Business HR, Benefits, Total Rewards, Finance, and others).
  • Actively looking for continuous improvement ideas and running some of the initiatives towards process improvements and automation.
  • Keep the process documentation up to date.
  • Participates in ad hoc projects, as assigned.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills. Spanish/French, preferred, but not required.
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal skills and critical thinking.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with HR service and processes and/or HRIS tools and systems strongly preferred (Workday, Salesforce, ATS, Kronos, etc.).
  • Operates with integrity and follows standard procedures and processes.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Power Point, Word).
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
