HR Generalist / Program Lead @ Danaher

Key Responsibilities

  • Support HR Business Partners in all current HR cycle events
  • Work with HRBP’s to proceed with talent acquisition processes successfully
  • Work with HRBP’s to get management/leadership competencies by creating a leadership/management competency matrix and track training completion
  • Prepare, update and maintain training materials and visuals
  • Facilitate selected courses and provides instructional presentations to the targeted groups of associates in various functions and at different level across the organization
  • Work with HRBP’s to support Engagement Survey results and action planning and performance annual reviews
  • Manage programs such as mentorship, recognition, talent and leadership development, etc.
  • Lead selected HR projects to improve current processes and implement new programs
  • Support DBS events in HR department
  • Create and disseminate internal communication both electronically and onsite
  • Provide required analytics related to supported HR processes
  • Organize engagement social events for selected teams and Radiometer organizations in North America

Requirements for this position

Formal Education

  • Minimum BS/BA degree or equivalent preferably within HR, business administration, organizational psychology, project management or similar
  • 3+ years related Human Resources experience
  • Project Management Certification preferred
