Job Description:

Your responsibilities will include

  • Support the implementation and monitor operational metrics to identify business bottlenecks and potential improvement actions
  • Support the implementation of the Import / Export dashboard
  • Oversee the import / export operations
  • Verify correctness of invoicing Customs transactions and ensure Financial reconciliation
  • Evaluate Import data to identify potential inconsistencies and resolution initiatives
  • Verify the correctness of material classification (Finished Products, Raw materials, Components, Spare Parts)
  • Support analysis for duty spend based on material sourcing and classification determination
  • Analyze and Product Origin calculations and ensure Long Term statements are regularly and correctly issued
  • Support Customs audits

Minimum requirements

  • Education : Master in Engineering or other scientific discipline
  • Working experience : 3-5 years in international Customs operations
  • International Trade Compliance, Customs regulations (proficient)
  • Language : English (proficient)
  • Systems/Technical knowledge : Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint (proficient) – SAP or equivalent (basic)
