To be successful in this role you will:

  • Create deep and productive partnerships across all levels of business and human resources leadership.
  • Contribute to the overall people strategy for the clients you serve and be sought out as a subject matter expert in talent acquisition matters both internally and within the industry.
  • Position yourself as a trusted advisor by demonstrating expertise and providing valuable insights on TA matters. Be proactive in offering TA solutions that address the needs and objectives of the business.
  • Create an engaged and accountable culture among TA team.
  • Maintain a bias for action, execution, and results achievement in all hiring efforts, business-as-usual hiring and project based hiring.
  • Leverage enterprise analytics to share insights on recruiting outcomes and influence your business clients to be proactive, innovative, and effective in Talent acquisition strategies.
  • Provide direct oversight of Recruitment Process Outsource Partners (RPO) and performance outcomes.

** This role requires the ability to be onsite 3 days per week**
Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of Human Resources experience
  • 8+ years of Talent Acquisition/Recruiting experience
  • 5+ years of people management experience
  • 5+ years of proven project management, reporting, and TA technology experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting and reporting in Workday
  • Talent Acquisition principles, philosophies, best practices, and interventions for large-scale organizations
  • Collaboration across organizational boundaries and hierarchy
  • 3+ years of managing recruitment efforts for large technology organization or business group
  • Proven track record of building and utilizing a data-driven approach to drive strategy

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
