ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Research new and existing local legal requirements in the HR & Payroll space and provide detailed information on the same to the relevant internal teams
- Connect legal/compliance requirements to existing product features of Personio and benchmark those against the existing product roadmap
- Discover and research industry best practices and impact, also looking at Personio competitor
- Describe the local compliance asks Personio is trying to solve for clearly
- Support Personio Product Managers in defining acceptance criteria as well as verification of the same
- Proactively anticipate future legislative changes where possible and identify which impact those will have on Personio
- Coordinate cross functionally by helping teams finding and accessing compliance information in a structured manner
- Support in sourcing external compliance knowledge
ROLE REQUIREMENTS: WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- At least 7 years of experience working in Payroll, HR or general legislative compliance in Netherlands, ideally working with product teams responsiblefor multiple countries
- Experience working in a complex compliance-heavy area using analytical problem-solving skills to make decisions
- Strong sense of accountability and ownership; ability to work collaboratively in a result-oriented way
- Nice to have: Experience in a SaaS environment of a B2B or B2C multi-product international company
- Fluent minimum in English and in the local language of your country/market
