Job Description:
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Analyzes trends and growth targets, providing detailed feedback to the CFO and Sales Leaders.
- Drives achievement of the Sales Plan by analyzing the performance of the sales channel and sales team.
- Develops strategies for improving effectiveness.
- Provides insight on the Sales Customer Base sales projects and client revenue that will drive the sales team to react faster and to be more proactive.
- Design and provide reporting to the sales teams to ensure that they have the information needed to make informed decisions and facilitate continual process improvements.
- Considered subject matter expert within the discipline.
- Manages highly complex work and provides strategic direction that is critical to the organization.
- Works without supervision with extensive latitude for independent judgment.
- May lead less experienced peers.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Required Skills:
- Power BI Development Intermediate to Expert, Microsoft Access Intermediate
Experience:
- Typically requires 10 to 14 years of experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
