Job Description:

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes trends and growth targets, providing detailed feedback to the CFO and Sales Leaders.
  • Drives achievement of the Sales Plan by analyzing the performance of the sales channel and sales team.
  • Develops strategies for improving effectiveness.
  • Provides insight on the Sales Customer Base sales projects and client revenue that will drive the sales team to react faster and to be more proactive.
  • Design and provide reporting to the sales teams to ensure that they have the information needed to make informed decisions and facilitate continual process improvements.
  • Considered subject matter expert within the discipline.
  • Manages highly complex work and provides strategic direction that is critical to the organization.
  • Works without supervision with extensive latitude for independent judgment.
  • May lead less experienced peers.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Required Skills:

  • Power BI Development Intermediate to Expert, Microsoft Access Intermediate

Experience:

  • Typically requires 10 to 14 years of experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.

  • No.
