Key Areas of Responsibility:

As a Program Manager within the Sales Enablement team for SMB Restaurants, this role will work directly with marketing, sales operations, product management and sales to drive efficiencies, accelerate revenue and enable our SMB sales team.  This role will collaborate across multiple departments and key stakeholders to help drive critical go-to-market initiatives and programs.

This role will have primary responsibility for the following:

  • Creation and execution of nationally defined sales initiatives and programs in collaboration with shared resource teams.
  • Facilitate the use of sales tools awareness, education, reporting and accountability.
  • Perform detailed business needs assessments in collaboration with the enablement team.
  • Define metrics and report on the effectiveness of sales enablement investments and the programs conducted.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing and Product Management on the development of new sales talk tracks, messaging, collateral, and help define processes to increase sales velocity
  • Ensure alignment of enablement activities with key internal and external events.
  • Collaborate with enablement team to build and define KPIs, standard dashboards and a management system to measure and drive program results.



  • 10+ years of experience in SaaS sales, sales enablement, sales training or a similar field
  • Experience with office productivity software such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
  • Strong multitasking, organizational and program management skills
  • Excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly and drive projects with urgency and independently with a variety of stakeholders
  • Ability to think critically and measure results before and after program delivery
