Key responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for the effective “delivery” of all HR programs and services; in collaboration with local, regional and global colleagues. Including hiring/recruiting, employee relations, organizational design and changes, performance & talent management, compensation and benefits, diversity and inclusion. Understand and comply with federal and local employment regulations.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the business, developing HR strategies, needs assessments and resulting HR solutions for the Medical Affairs & HEOR organization. Advise leaders on HR policy and guidelines.
  • Responsible for the diagnosis, development and delivery of HR strategies, programs and services that influence and drive the needs of the respective business.
  • Establishes, builds and maintains strong relationships with key HR partners from all Practice Areas and Service Centers to ensure elements of HR are successfully coordinated to meet business needs; includes relationship management, leadership, HR roles/responsibilities, and service delivery commitments.
  • Prioritize critical projects based on business need and available resources.
  • Responsible for managing business needs of multiple senior leadership teams across all areas, affiliates, and geographies.
  • Must be able to understand and utilize historical and broad organizational data when weighing business HR decisions and actions.
  • Must be able to think creatively across a wide breadth of business segment(s) as well as deep into the respective organizations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Project management or business experience.
  • Significant breadth of understanding of functional HR roles and responsibilities and impact on the business.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Workday.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree, or equivalent.
  • 6+ Years of HR Business Partner OR 2+ years of HR Business Partner and 4+ years of related HR experience, preferably supporting multiple organizational functions or business units.
  • SPHR Certification.
  • Knowledge of regulations and standards affecting the business.
  • Demonstrated understanding of organizational development activity.
