Job Description:

Your Tasks – Paint the world green

You gather and analyze information, formulate and test different hypotheses to develop recommendations which will impact business operations;
You analyze and control costs and contribute to reliability of the financial data;
You manage and monitor import of data and its consistency with other systems;
You design, integrate and implement controlling and analytical procedures cross-functional in CEE South region;
You work with Finance team in business plan preparation, budget and cash flow planning;
You contribute to the improvement of the financial processes and support all administrative/operative day-by-day activities.

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board

Master`s degree or MBA degree in Economics or Finance;
Working experience in Controlling and Finance team;
Show a positive, constructive, and “we can do it” attitude also when meeting challenges or time pressure;
Flexibility, proactivity, and independence with problem-solving skills;
Reliability, conscientiousness, and punctuality;
High social, communication, data processing, and analytical skills;
Ability to work in an international environment;
Advanced knowledge of MS Office;
Croatian (native speaker level) and fluent in English.
