Job Description:
What you’ll be doing
Leading the team responsible for the management of the NetSuite vendor product
Implementing best practices for the operation of the platform, leveraging the NetSuite functionality, and engaging closely with stakeholders across Finance to define and deliver a roadmap of strategic improvements
Working with stakeholders to define and deliver configurations and customisations to support the business as it expands product coverage, global footprint, and customer base
Working with Oracle support vendor (ACS) to define solutions for complex requirements needing vendor support
Performing administrative tasks, such as setting up users, currencies, entities
Creating workflows, saved searches, and reports
Managing the vendor relationship with NetSuite/Oracle
What you’ll need
Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role, working with the NetSuite system
A strong understanding of the key processes for AP, AR, and the GL
Strong stakeholder management skills
A hands on, motivated, and proactive attitude
Nice to have
Experience in the financial/banking industry
