Oracle Health/Cerner Perioperative implementation – Senior Principal Consultant @ Oracle

• Senior Consultant will advise clients on workflows across service lines, and guide clients through interdependencies and design decision impacts. Create strategic plan with client to obtain value achievement across service line. Identify workflow and process improvements and make recommendations to client and project leadership. Drive cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders to identify and propose solution enhancements, workflow efficiencies and client relationship strategies. Engage in the sales process to assist with accurate quoting of contractual scope and hours. Contribute to organizational initiatives. Drive implementation project to execute objectives on schedule and at or under budget.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience relevant to this position including 3-4 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
