Responsibilities

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of technical infrastructure management experience
  • Experience with varying scenarios of data center construction, infrastructure builds and network augmentations.
  • Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies, related to infrastructure (i.e., network, data center, hardware, mechanical and electrical systems)
  • Program/project management certifications or qualifications with proven ability to deliver complex programs.
  • Proven ability to create effective relationships, listen, influence, and collaborate at all organizational levels and across global teams.
  • Ability to inspire confidence in senior leaders and motivate team members.
  • Excellent communication skills including high quality written communications and the ability to articulate complex information in a simple way.
  • Experience in the Low Voltage Industry or related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing supplier relationships and contracts
  • Experience with cloud services
  • Self-driven problem solver
  • Able to adapt thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous, and customer-focused environment
  • Highly analytical, technically proficient, and able to learn new tools and software quickly
  • Familiarity with ERP Systems for Procurement and Financial Management

Specific responsibilities for this role include:

  • Manage relationships with Low Voltage Suppliers across EMEA, ensuring timely delivery of products and services while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Oversee contract management processes, including negotiation, review, and execution of contracts with approved Low Voltage Partners
  • Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints and reporting any variances.
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews with Low Voltage Partners to evaluate performance, address any issues and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Track Low Voltage budgets to actuals across multiple projects, analysing financial data to ensure projects are on track financially and identifying areas for cost savings.
  • Develop and maintain forecasting models to predict project expenses and resource requirements accurately.
  • Prepare and deliver status reports to Stakeholders, providing updates on Low Voltage Supplier project budgets and supplier performances.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives, timelines and deliverables.
  • Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project timelines, budgets, or quality standards.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize Low Voltage Supplier relationships and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Travel up to 25% for Low Voltage Vendor Management.
