Job Description:

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Work closely across talent management team, cross-functional teams, and others to execute and continuously improve GE Aerospace’s comprehensive performance management processes, aligned to company objectives and mission.
  • Develop and enhance performance standard work and systems to support the strategy and serve as project manager on key initiatives.
  • Use innovative practices and technologies to drive a culture of performance, development, and inclusion. Stay up to date on current and likely future external trends.
  • Lead, manage, execute, analyze, and report out conclusions, insights, and opportunities on performance management processes, feedback loops, and check-in cycles end-to-end.
  • Develop meaningful, integrated internal change and communication plans to ensure agreement and successful execution.
  • Building from performance insights, create meaningful development approaches and resources to help employees continuously stretch their future skills and performance.
  • Manage these projects effectively and efficiently, while developing near-term and long-term roadmaps to meet the agreed-upon goals.
  • Develop and implement simple, meaningful ways to further enable all employees to benefit from the performance management process.
  • Build consistent, meaningful ways to draw data-based insights as appropriate from these processes.
  • Partner on other related talent management and development projects as needed

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years in HR/Talent experience, preferably with performance management or professional development expertise
  • Expertise in performance management
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 25%
