Job Description:

Key Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Conducts end to end program management of one or more programs containing multiple large projects, or portfolio management of a large scope entire portfolio that are company-wide, cross functional and/or strategic in nature.
  • Responsibilities will include identifying, prioritizing, authorizing, managing, and controlling projects, programs, and other related work to achieve strategic business objectives.
  • Directs cross functional teams to complete projects and program deliverables within allotted timeline and budget.
  • Defines project/program scope and objectives, directs activities of project teams, and identifies resources.
  • Projects/programs are very complex in nature, with project activities that are distinct for each new project and require a high level of analysis to create project plans for new concept programs.
  • Work with external vendors and internal stakeholders to champion project/program(s) across the entire organization.
  • Develops detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
  • Conducts program meetings and is responsible for program tracking and analysis.
  • Ensure adherences to quality standards and reviews project/program deliverables.
  • Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.
  • Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team.
  • Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems.
  • Communicates to client/vendors/leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as an advisor to the VP of Product Operations business product management, providing insights and recommendations on business operations.
  • Oversee the preparation of presentations, reports, and other ad hoc materials for the VP when requested, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Monitor and analyze PowerBI related data sources (product and business operations related) for key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement for the business operations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new processes to enhance efficiency and productivity within the VP’s organization.
  • Manage all communications plans, employee engagement activities, community/philanthropy, and Serve Customers First Week as well as proposals to improve employee ways of working to accelerate product innovation and collaboration.
  • Plan and execute internal and external events, including team meetings, offsites, and conferences.
  • Oversee all business compliance training and adherence including business continuity plan, corporate and security office requirements as it relates to the product organization.
  • Manage employee development and recognition programs
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master’s degree desired; PMP certificationdesired.
  • Experience: Typically requires 5+ years of experience in similar area of responsibility or adjacent areas. Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and initiatives.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Working knowledge of PowerBI data tools a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
  • Self-starter with demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • A high degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
