What you’ll be doing

Engaging in sourcing activities and negotiations
Managing the end-to-end sourcing process, including commercial and contractual negotiations
Establishing the category structures in a remote environment
Conducting forward looking analysis on current/future vendors to drive commercial savings and performance improvements
Maintaining and operating Revolut’s procurement workflow and PO system
Monitoring and developing vendor performance processes
Assisting the wider business in resolving vendor issues and escalations
Working alongside the Third Party Risk team to assist with the vendor onboarding process
Producing monthly vendor reports and presentations to wider stakeholders
Being part of a team of procurement professionals and liaising closely with Operations, Finance, and Risk teams to ensure compliance to sourcing strategy and continuous improvement of procurement processes

What you’ll need

3-5 years of experience in a global procurement function in a fast-paced environment
Experience in source to pay activities
At least a 2:1 degree from a top university (or to be a final year student)
Knowledge of best practice procurement processes, policies and procedures
Strong emphasis on accuracy and detail
An analytical mindset to break down complex problems into smaller ones
A proven ability to work independently with a strong sense of ownership
The ability to work and communicate effectively in a remote environment
Working rights in the country where you would prefer to work (sponsorship is not available)
Natural curiosity, a will to make an impact, and to enjoy working with data
An interest in the financial industry

Nice to have

Prior internship experience working in a startup, tech company, investment bank, consulting firm, or any kind of strategy/operations environment
Experience in procurement or category management
