Remote Customer Service Representative @ LKQ

Job Description:

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

  • Prepare, edit, scan, and submit purchase orders to vendors in a timely fashion by company targets and goals.
  • Monitor vendor back-orders and source products from alternate vendors as necessary.
  • Work with branch locations to ensure company goals are met concerning the company’s receiving and put-away goals.
  • Monitor key data elements and notify appropriate personnel if discrepancies/anomalies are observed.
  • Initiate and support the continual improvement of LKQ’s quality improvement system.
  • Assumes other duties as assigned
  • Responsible for managing the inbound flow of products to support the company’s sales objectives.
  • Initiate and support the continual improvement of LKQ’s quality improvement system.

Compensation: $15.50 per hour

Job Requirements:

  • High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent desired.
  • Prior knowledge of automobiles or mechanics preferred
  • Willingness to be trained and learn the company’s products and procedures
  • Basic math and reading skills to perform job tasks and complete necessary paperwork
  • Ability to follow oral and/or written instruction
